1. Introduction: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website, clients receiving physiotherapy or sports therapy services, and customers purchasing digital products such as rehab blueprints or guides.

2. Definitions: “Services” refers to physiotherapy, sports massage, dry needling, IASTM, assessments, rehab sessions or any clinical appointment. “Digital Products” refers to downloadable PDFs, programmes, guides, or online rehab content. “Client” or “You” refers to anyone using our services or purchasing our products.

3. Booking & Appointment Policies: All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or via direct contact. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to maintain the schedule, and the full fee will still apply. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.

4. Payments: All services and digital products must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Refund Policy: Digital products are strictly non-refundable once purchased because access is granted immediately upon payment. Appointment refunds are only provided if we cancel your appointment or if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance and have prepaid. Full details are provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Digital Product Use & License: When purchasing a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content. You may not share, resell, upload, distribute, or claim any part of the material as your own. Unauthorised use may result in legal action and removal of access.

7. Clinical Consent & Client Responsibilities: By attending an appointment, you consent to assessment and treatment, including techniques such as dry needling, IASTM, manual therapy, strengthening exercises and movement-based rehabilitation. You agree to provide accurate medical information and inform us of any changes to your health. We will provide evidence-based care and maintain professional standards. You acknowledge that certain treatments may cause temporary soreness, bruising or discomfort.

8. Medical Disclaimer: All information, digital products, and content provided through our website are for education only and do not replace a professional medical assessment. You should seek appropriate medical advice if symptoms worsen, persist, or if you experience red flag symptoms such as severe pain, numbness, sudden weakness, or inability to weight bear. Use of any information is at your own risk.

9. Fitness & Exercise Disclaimer: Exercise and rehabilitation carry inherent risks. By following any of our programmes, exercises or guidance, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate and understand that we are not liable for injuries resulting from incorrect technique, inappropriate loading, or failing to follow guidance. Stop immediately if you feel unwell or in pain.

10. Limitation of Liability: Precision Therapy & Fitness shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of our website, services, or digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, loss of income, data, reputation, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product.
